用空的圆珠笔芯水平放置的方式保护静态液相微萃取的一滴溶剂,并由此建立了静态液相微萃取(S-LPME)与高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定奶粉中双酚A的分析方法。考察了萃取溶剂、萃取溶剂体积、萃取时间对液相微萃取的影响,并且对HPLC操作条件进行了优化。该方法双酚A在0.10~3.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限(S/N=3)为0.050μg/L,平均回收率为95.8%,RSD=2.12%(n=5),奶粉中双酚A的平均含量为0.7371μg/g。该方法价廉、省时、环境友好、操作简便、准确可靠,适用于奶粉及其他包装食品中双酚A含量的测定。
A drop of solvent in static liquid phase microextraction was protected by placing the empty ballpoint pen horizontally, and the analysis of bisphenol A in milk powder was established by static liquid phase microextraction (S-LPME) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The effects of extraction solvent, volume of extraction solvent and extraction time on liquid-phase microextraction were investigated. The HPLC operating conditions were optimized. The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.10-3.0 μg / L with the detection limit (S / N = 3) of 0.050 μg / L and the average recovery of 95.8% and RSD of 2.12% (n = 5) , The average content of bisphenol A in milk powder is 0.7371μg / g. The method is inexpensive, time-saving, environment-friendly, easy to operate, accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of bisphenol A content in milk powder and other packaged foods.
