从我国矿井提升机常用的电气调速方案着手,从系统构成的简洁程度、设备运行的安全可靠性、维护的便捷性、运行成本等方面分析不同电气传动方案现场应用的优缺点。认为异步电动机的变频调速方案以构成设备数量少、调速性能优良、使用维护方便、安全可靠性高等显著优点必将成为今后矿井提升机电控系统的主流解决方案。为广大用户选择、使用和维护设备提供参考和借鉴。
Starting from the common electrical speed control scheme of mine hoist, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of field application of different electrical drive schemes from the conciseness of system structure, the safety and reliability of equipment operation, the convenience of maintenance and the operation cost. It is considered that the variable frequency speed regulation scheme of asynchronous motor is expected to become the mainstream solution of mine hoist electromechanical control system in the future due to its remarkable advantages of less equipment, excellent speed regulation performance, convenient use and maintenance, and high safety and reliability. For the majority of users choose, use and maintenance of equipment to provide reference and reference.
