Objective To investigate the effects of Gundam injury during the peacetime wars on muscle enzyme activities and material consumption in pig wounds. Methods Twenty - four experimental pigs were randomly divided into three groups: GZ group, GP group and PP group. The rats were randomly divided into two groups: pre - injury and post - injury The homogenate of muscle tissue around the injured area was taken and the content of Na + -K + -ATPase, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), muscle glycogen (MG), lactic acid (P i3 +) content. Results (1) The activity of injured muscle tissue in PP group was the lowest and the consumption of substance was the lightest, which happened later and recovered sooner and later. (2) The activity of muscle enzymes and the degree of material consumption in GP group were decreased> PP group and GP> PP. Therefore, the war on the plateau bullet war should pay attention to the body’s various nutrients and enzyme activity protection.
