基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了矩形管多点压弯成形三维有限元模型,对比分析了矩形管整体压弯和多点压弯的截面畸变,研究了矩形管多点压弯成形时摩擦系数、管壁厚度、弯曲半径对截面畸变的影响。结果表明:矩形管多点压弯的截面畸变量略大于矩形管整体压弯的截面畸变量,且最大畸变率小于10%;摩擦系数对截面畸变影响较小;管壁越厚,截面畸变越小;弯曲半径越大,截面畸变越小。成形实验验证了矩形管多点压弯成形的可行性。
Based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the three-dimensional finite element model of multi-point bending forming of rectangular tube was established, and the cross-sectional distortions of the whole rectangular tube bending and multi-point bending were comparatively analyzed. The friction coefficient , Wall thickness, bending radius on the cross-section distortion. The results show that the amount of cross-sectional deformation of the rectangular tube under multi-point bending is slightly larger than that of the rectangular tube, and the maximum distortion rate is less than 10%. The friction coefficient has little effect on the section distortion. Small; the larger the bending radius, the smaller the cross-sectional distortion. Forming experiments verify the feasibility of multi-point bending of rectangular tubes.
