ASR型高进给铣刀片为圆弧角铣刀片,具有进给量大的特点。立足于此特点,从排屑的角度分析了其不足,进而提出了优化的方法,即结合自由切削理论,进行刃形优化。为了验证优化后刀片的性能,建立了刀片的简化模型,并利用了Deform-3D三维仿真软件进行了铣削仿真。设置了实验组和对照组,论证了自由切削刀具在切削过程中的良好切削性能,为该型刀片的改进提供了理论支持。
ASR high-feed milling cutter blade for the arc angle, with a large amount of feed features. Based on this feature, this paper analyzes its shortcomings from the perspective of chip removal, and then puts forward the optimization method, that is, combining with the free cutting theory, the edge optimization. In order to verify the performance of the optimized blade, a simplified model of the blade was built and the milling simulation was performed by using Deform-3D 3D simulation software. Experimental group and control group were set up to demonstrate the good cutting performance of free cutting tool in the cutting process and provide theoretical support for the improvement of this type of cutting blade.
