自动拨料装置是利用冲压机冲头的上下运动,通过一个圆筒上的螺旋槽与一端固定在冲头上另一端在圆筒螺旋槽内滑动的拨杆,实现自动拨料。冲头上升,工件掉下之前拨杆上的接料板向前运动,进入上下模之间,转子冲片即掉在接料板上。当冲头向下运动时,接料板向后运动,退出模外。由于接料板带有倾斜度,以及向后运动的惯性,把转子冲片抛出板外,掉入桶内。本装置于一九七三完成。原来的转子冲槽是由两人操作,要一人冲,一人拨料。采用该
