面对新课程的改革,新课程标准在课程目标、结构、内容、评价等方面充分体现了改革创新精神,体现了“以学生发展为本”的教学理念。新英语课程标准更符合学生的学习特点,使学生在学习过程中形成积极的情感态度,主动思维和大胆实践,提高跨文化意识和自主学习的能力,从而培养具有创新思维和创新能力的英语人才。那么,我们的中学英语应当通过怎样的途径才能有效地培养具有创新思维和创新能力的英语人才呢?信息化教学就是一个及好的途径。
