由于内蒙古地区干线公路车流量骤然猛增,部分路段超过了原设计车流量每年8%的自然增长速度,70%~80%为大型煤炭运输车辆,路面荷载及道路通行能力超出高速公路设计承载力。目前,内蒙古地区高等级公路路面仍以半刚性基层沥青路面结构为主,经过多年来对此类路面结构的施工,在施工技术方面积累了大量宝贵的经验,但也在原材料质量、沥青混合料级配控制及设备调整等方面存在不足。呼和浩特绕城高速公路与G6、G7高速公路相连接,路面承受着车流量大和荷载超重的状况。本文提出该结构类型路面结构施工中应该加强控制的关键技术,并在该项目沥青路面施工中重点加强了碎石粒径与级配控制、沥青混凝土搅拌、摊铺设备调整,生产配合比验证以及合理安排工艺等几个方面的的技术控制与管理,总结了采用的相应技术措施。

In the asphalt pavement construction of this project, the control of gravel particle size and gradation, asphalt concrete mixing, paving equipment adjustment, production mix verification and Reasonable arrangements for technology and other aspects of the technical control and management, summed up the corresponding technical measures adopted.
