介绍了一条生产铁路货车中型锻件的自动化锻造生产线的工艺分析、设备选择和平面布置。生产线中制坯采用北京机电研究所生产的680型辊锻机,加热设备采用中频感应加热设备,锻造设备采用俄罗斯产的6300 t热模锻压力机,物料传输采用德国库卡机器人。该生产线以高度自动化的理念来完成锻件的制造,从而获得了高品质铁路货车中型锻件和高效的生产率,达到了作业环境改善的目的。同时,在该生产线中还实现了计算机网络化管理、远程故障诊断和维护及生产过程的智能化制造。
This paper introduces the process analysis, equipment selection and layout of automatic forging production line for producing medium-sized forged railway freight cars. The billet in the production line adopts the 680 type roll forging machine produced by Beijing Institute of Mechatronics, the medium frequency induction heating equipment for the heating equipment, the 6300 t hot die forging press made in Russia, and the material transmission using the German KUKA robot. The production line with a highly automated concept to complete the manufacture of forgings, so as to obtain high-quality medium-sized railway wagon forgings and high productivity, to achieve the purpose of improving the operating environment. At the same time, the production line also achieved computer network management, remote fault diagnosis and maintenance and production of intelligent manufacturing process.
