设计并合成了一系列具有不同长度侧链的共轭聚合物。所得共轭聚合物主链由芴、苯和苯并噻二唑组成,侧链连有不同长度的烷基季铵盐。季铵盐的引入不仅提高了该类聚合物的水溶性,而且能够与肿瘤细胞快速结合并杀伤。研究工作考察了侧链烷基的不同长度对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力,结果表明:随着侧链烷基碳链的增长,对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力增强。该研究工作为下一步制备生物复合纳米颗粒并应用于肿瘤组织和活体实验提供初步的理论依据。
A series of conjugated polymers with different length of side chains were designed and synthesized. The resulting conjugated polymer backbone consisted of fluorene, benzene and benzothiadiazole, with alkyl quaternary ammonium salts of varying lengths attached to the side chains. The introduction of quaternary ammonium salts not only improves the water solubility of the polymers, but also rapidly integrates with the tumor cells and kills them. The study investigated the ability of different lengths of side chain alkyl groups to kill tumor cells. The results showed that the killing ability of tumor cells was enhanced with the increase of side chain alkyl carbon chains. The research work provides a preliminary theoretical basis for the next step to prepare biological composite nanoparticles and applied to tumor tissue and in vivo experiments.
