教育部明确指出要优化高等教育结构,重点扩大应用型、复合型、技能型人才培养规模,以就业为导向,实行工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习的人才培养模式。在国家政策的指引下,我国一半的地方本科高校进入了新的转型期,不断创新人才培养模式,以技能应用型人才培养为目标,以具备核心竞争力、适应市场经济需求的就业为标准,通过课程体系调整、教学方式创新、培养目标市场化等一系列方式进行教学改革。本文主要探讨在此背景下地方本科高校行政管理专业以就业为导向的应用型人才培养方法。
The Ministry of Education clearly pointed out that we should optimize the structure of higher education, focus on expanding the scale of application, complex and skilled personnel training, and take an employment-oriented approach to implementing a personnel training model that combines work-study, school-enterprise cooperation and post-training internships. Under the guidance of national policies, half of local undergraduate colleges and universities in our country have entered a new period of transition, constantly innovating in personnel training mode, aiming at cultivating skilled personnel for practical use, and employing employment with core competitiveness and adapting to the market economy as a standard. Through a series of methods such as the adjustment of the curriculum system, the innovation of teaching methods and the cultivation of the target market, the teaching reform is carried out. This article mainly discusses the employment-oriented training method of applied talents in the field of local undergraduate management in this background.
