我们自1990年2月应用激光治疗口腔溃疡取得较好效果,所用激光机的输出功率6毫瓦,输出电流值7毫安,光波波长632.8纳米,光斑直径0.5厘米,距离30厘米。治疗166例,男71例,女95例,年龄4～65岁,病程2～20天,其中上、下唇部溃疡64例,舌部溃疡57例,腭部溃疡6例,颊部溃疡21例,多处溃疡18例。 1.治疗方法将激光光束直接照溃疡局部,每日1次,每次5分钟,5天为一疗程。 2.疗效评定标准痊愈:自觉溃疡部位疼痛消失,检查时见溃疡面愈合。显效:自觉溃疡部位疼痛减轻,溃疡面缩小1/3或1/3以上。有效:自觉溃疡部位疼痛消失或减轻,溃疡面无变化或有愈合倾向。无效:溃疡局部自觉症状及临床检查同治疗前。
We used laser treatment of oral ulcers in February 1990 to obtain better results, the laser power output of 6 milliwatts, the output current value of 7 mA, light wavelength 632.8 nm, spot diameter of 0.5 cm, a distance of 30 cm. Treatment of 166 cases, 71 males and 95 females, aged 4 to 65 years, duration of 2 to 20 days, including upper and lower lip ulcers in 64 cases, 57 cases of tongue ulcers, palate ulcers in 6 cases, buccal ulcers 21 Cases, multiple ulcers in 18 cases. 1. Treatment The laser beam directly according to local ulcer, once daily, every 5 minutes, 5 days for a course of treatment. 2. Efficacy of the standard recovery: conscious pain disappeared ulcer site, see ulcers when the surface healing. Markedly: consciously relieve the pain of ulcer sites, ulcers narrowed 1/3 or 1/3 or more. Effective: conscious pain disappears or relieve ulcer site, ulcer surface no change or healing tendency. Invalid: ulcer local symptoms and clinical examination before treatment.
