中国的广播电视事业经过近几十年的迅速发展,取得了令人瞩目的成就。而随着广播电视事业的发展,全国有多所高等院校新增开了播音与主持艺术专业。播音与主持艺术专业是一个新生的专业,伴随着广播电视事业的发展,从最初到现在,不断进行着调整和完善,已经发展成为在国内高校中独具特色,在国际上独树一帜,具有鲜明的中国特色的专业。作为为广播电视领域培养输出人才的高等院校,播音与主持艺术专业教育开展的如何?新时期播音与主持艺术专业的人才培养目标是什么?本文试图从当前我国播音与主持艺术专业教育的现状入手,对比分析各高校播音与主持艺术专业的教学经验和做法,探讨在现阶段如何培养主流价值观的创新传播者,加强和提高播音与主持艺术专业教育水平,以期为广播电视事业培养出更加优秀的播音与主持艺术专业人才。
