大唐信阳发电有限责任公司(以下简称公司)成立于1995年,总装机容量为192万千瓦。2006年以来,大唐信阳发电公司在持续做好两台30万千瓦机组深度挖潜的基础上,充分利用国家大力调整电力结构,加快“上大压小”政策的历史机遇,顺利建设投产了大唐集团公司和河南省第一个两台66万千瓦高参数、大容量机组工程。几年来,公司创新机制,深入挖潜,多项经济技术指标从集团末位一举跻身集团同类型机组的先进行列,一期机组煤耗连续两年下降19.6克/千瓦时。3号机组工程从开工至通过168小时试运工期仅为18个月,创下了60万千瓦等级机组国内一流水平,两台机组脱硫工程实现了与主机同步投运。二期工程造价最终控制在3151元/千瓦时,比同期建设的机组每千瓦节省造价数百元,处于全国同类型机组先进水平,工程在大唐集团率先实现了“即投产、即稳定、即盈利、即达设计值、即结算”的目标,同时开创了投产一个月完成竣工决算的全国先例。
