目的 观察异长春花碱 (VRB)加顺铂 (PDD)联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 VRB 2 5mg/m2 ,静注 ,第 1、8天。PDD 3 0mg/m2 ,静滴 ,第 1、2、3天 ,每 2 1天为 1周期 ,连用 2周期。结果 可评价者 46例 ,总有效率为43 .5 % ,其中鳞癌 2 4例 ,有效率为 5 0 % ,腺癌 2 2例 ,有效率为 3 6.4% ;毒副反应主要是骨髓抑制 ,其次是消化道反应和局部静脉炎。结论 VRB +PDD治疗非小细胞肺癌可获得较高疗效 ,毒副反应轻 ,是一个较好的联合化疗方案。
Objective To observe the short-term effects of vinblastine (VRB) plus cisplatin (PDD) combined with chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer. Method VRB 2 5mg/m2, intravenously, first and eighth days. PDD 30mg/m2, infusion, 1st, 2nd and 3rd day, 1 cycle every 21 days, 2 consecutive cycles. The results of the evaluation of 46 cases, the total effective rate was 43.5%, of which 24 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, the effective rate was 50%, adenocarcinoma in 22 cases, the effective rate was 36.4%; toxic side effects are mainly myelosuppression , followed by gastrointestinal reactions and local phlebitis. Conclusion VRB +PDD can be used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with high curative effect and mild side effects. It is a good combination of chemotherapy.
