建设社会主义新农村,是全面建设小康社会的重点任务,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。为进一步探索新形势下加快新农村经济发展的有效途径和办法,促进区域经济持续、健康、快速、协调发展,作者深入全市多个有代表性的乡镇和村进行调研,通过座谈、走访,总结了当前新农村建设遇到的主要问题,并提出了解决问题的相应对策。
Building a new socialist countryside is a key task in building an overall well-to-do society and an important foundation for building a harmonious socialist society. In order to further explore effective ways and means to speed up the development of the new rural economy under the new situation and promote sustained, healthy, rapid and coordinated development of the regional economy, the author conducted in-depth investigations and studies in a number of representative townships and villages in the city. At present, the main problems encountered in the construction of new rural areas and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems are put forward.
