With the continuous popularization of computer and network technology, the library industry is faced with the development from the traditional service mode to digital and networked service mode. The article elaborates the relevant opinions on how to do a good job in the talent pool construction under the new situation, and analyzes what kind of talent teams should be under the rapid development of the network and how to build such a contingent of personnel.
