李莲英(1848～1911),出生在河北大城县臧屯乡李贾村,祖籍山东齐河。李莲英13岁当了太监,在复杂的宫廷中生活了51年。1874年,26岁的李莲英,任慈禧所在的储秀宫首领太监。随着慈禧太后大权独揽,李莲英的声望、地位也一天天地显赫起来。李莲英31岁时,已经和敬事房大总管(清宫太监总头目)平起平坐。1894年,被委任为二品顶戴花翎———早先雍正皇帝规定太监以四品为限,慈禧太后却以自己的权势,为李莲英违反了“家法”。慈禧死后,李莲英全身而退,寿终正寝。李莲英性格诙谐,喜欢说笑话,虽然小时候读书少,但讲出的
