目的:研究单味药枸杞对营养性肥胖大鼠模型的体质量、Lee’s指数、体内脂肪重量及血脂的影响。方法:将80只大鼠按体质量随机分为普食组10只和模型组70只。模型组采用高脂饲料建立肥胖大鼠模型,于第8周,将造模成功的40只大鼠按体质量随机分为4组(模型空白组和枸杞高、中、低剂量组),每组10只;普食组为空白对照组。连续给药4周,测定各项指标。结果:枸杞能明显减轻营养性肥胖模型大鼠体质量和体内脂肪重量,降低Lee’s指数,降低血脂中TG、TC含量,与模型空白组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:枸杞对营养性肥胖大鼠具有明显的减肥消脂作用。
Objective: To study the effect of single Chinese herb wolfberry on body weight, Lee’s index, body fat weight and blood fat in a rat model of nutritional obesity. Methods: Eighty rats were randomly divided into normal group (n = 10) and model group (n = 70). At the 8th week, 40 rats with successful model were randomly divided into 4 groups (model blank group and high, medium and low doses of Chinese wolfberry) Group of 10; general diet group blank control group. Continuous administration for 4 weeks, determination of the indicators. Results: Lycium barbarum significantly reduced body weight and body fat mass, decreased Lee’s index, and decreased TG and TC in blood lipids in model rats. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Lycium barbarum has significant anti-cellulite effect on nutritional obese rats.
