汽车钢板在动态条件下的拉伸性能检测变得越来越重要。然而,不同检测实验室采用的检测方法不同,没有可利用的检验标准,并且生成的数据通常不具有可比性。为了提高钢在高速拉伸试验条件下的数据质量,提高碰撞模拟的准确性,本文介绍了高速拉伸试验中的检测方法、输入方式、试样的几何形状和测量装置等关键要素,以供参考。
Tensile properties of automotive steel sheets under dynamic conditions have become increasingly important. However, different testing laboratories use different methods of testing, no available testing standards, and the resulting data are often not comparable. In order to improve the data quality of steel under high-speed tensile test conditions and improve the accuracy of collision simulation, this paper introduces the testing methods, input methods, the geometry of the sample and the measuring device and other key elements in high-speed tensile test for reference.
