最近在冶金加工的过程中,出现一个新的方法——金属粉末的滚轧,直接用粉末加工,即可压成长带(或片)。根据美国的报导,此法与冶金加工中其他新技术(如金属粉末的压挤、热压以及连续铸造和静压銲接…等新技术)具有同等的重要性。在原子能工业中,应用此法制造反应器中的分裂金属(铀、钍、钚),具有很多优点,现在很多国家对此方面的研究,都曾尽了很大的努力。据文献记载,在现代冶金机械工业中,不锈钢带、铝带、镍带、铜带以及其他有一定延展性程度的金属粉末,都可以采用此法轧制加工。
Recently in the process of metallurgy, there is a new method - the rolling of metal powder, powder processing directly, you can press into a long belt (or sheet). According to the U.S. report, this method is of equal importance with other new technologies in metallurgy such as metal powder extrusion, hot pressing, and new technologies such as continuous casting and hydrostatic welding. In the nuclear industry, there are many advantages of using this method to make the split metal (uranium, thorium and plutonium) in the reactor. Nowadays, many countries have made great efforts in this aspect. According to the literature, in the modern metallurgical machinery industry, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, copper and other metal powder with a certain extent of ductility can be rolled using this method.
