“大跃进”运动初期,江苏省废除了农业合作社时期形成的各种有效劳动组织模式,采用了“大兵团”作战式的劳动组织模式,但这种劳动组织模式造成农活质量低下,劳动效率差,干部瞎指挥等弊端,给农业生产带来了巨大的危害。八届六中全会后,江苏省响应国家号召对劳动组织模式进行了大力调整,废除了“大兵团”作战,恢复了合作化时期的评工计分、“三包一奖”等劳动组织模式,实施了各种各样生产劳动责任制,甚至出现了包产到户。江苏省农村劳动组织模式的调整加强了农村生产管理,提高社员劳动的积极性,对缓解“大跃进”造成的困难,起到了非常积极的作用。
In the early days of the “Great Leap Forward” movement, Jiangsu Province abolished various effective forms of labor organization formed during the period of agricultural cooperatives and adopted a “labor corps” model of combat-oriented labor organization. However, this model of labor organization caused poor quality of agricultural work , Poor labor efficiency, cadres blind command and other drawbacks, to agricultural production has brought tremendous harm. After the 6th Plenary Session of the Eighth CPC Central Committee and the Central Government of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province responded to the call of the state and made great efforts to adjust its labor organization mode. It abolished the operations of “Grand Corps” and resumed the assessment of scoring in the cooperation period. “Three Guarantees One Prize” Such as labor organization model, the implementation of a wide range of production responsibility system for labor, and even appeared in all households. Adjustment of the mode of rural labor organization in Jiangsu Province has strengthened the management of rural production and increased the enthusiasm of members of the labor force and played a very positive role in alleviating the difficulties caused by the Great Leap Forward.
