通常采用户外大气曝露腐蚀试验和室内模拟加速试验等两种方法来评价产品和材料的优劣,二法各有特点。前者结果真实可靠,但实验周期较长。后者是通过强化环境中某些影响腐蚀的环境因素,从而缩短了试验时间。因此,在进行模拟加速腐蚀试验时,需要试验者有下列知识和经验。第一、腐蚀因素强化要合理,即经强化后不应改变材料或产品件在实际使用时的腐蚀破坏机理。第二、某一模拟/加速试验方法所得到的结果,不能作为该材料在其它任何环境下的腐蚀性指南。第三、除非对某些材料进行过大量、反复试
Two methods, outdoor atmospheric exposure corrosion test and indoor simulation acceleration test, are usually used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of products and materials. The former results are true and reliable, but the experimental period is longer. The latter is to shorten the test time by strengthening some environmental factors that affect the environment in the environment.
