采用MTT法体外药敏试验检测了 30例乳腺癌肿瘤细胞对 15种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果显示乳腺癌细胞对CBP、BLM、 5 Fu、DDP、MMC、HCPT、MTX、EPI、DTIC、ADM、THP敏感 ,其中 80 %为临床经验化疗中单药有效的药物 ,提示经验化疗的正确性。另结果显示对CBP、HCPT、DDP、BLM中度敏感率较高 ,对临床联合化疗方案中药物的选择具有重要的参考价值。
The MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of 30 breast cancer cells to 15 commonly used chemotherapy drugs. The results showed that breast cancer cells were sensitive to CBP, BLM, 5 Fu, DDP, MMC, HCPT, MTX, EPI, DTIC, ADM, and THP, and 80% of them were clinically effective single-drug drugs in chemotherapy, suggesting the correctness of empirical chemotherapy. . The other results showed that the moderately sensitive rate of CBP, HCPT, DDP, BLM was high, and it has important reference value for the choice of drugs in clinical combined chemotherapy regimens.
