灵芝多糖200、100及50mg／kg小鼠ig给药7d，可明显地延长小鼠凝血时间，降低高脂血症小鼠血清中TG含量；灵芝多糖140、70及35mg／kg大鼠ig给药7d，能明显延长大鼠体内血栓形成时间，抑制血瘀大鼠体外血栓的形成并降低血瘀大鼠的血浆比粘度。
When ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides 200, 100 and 50 mg/kg were administered ig for 7 days, the clotting time of mice was significantly prolonged, and the serum TG content in hyperlipidemia mice was decreased; Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides 140, 70 and 35 mg/kg were given to rats. 7d, can significantly prolong the time of thrombosis in rats, inhibit blood thrombosis in vitro and reduce the blood viscosity of rat plasma specific viscosity.
