“教学过去一直是,我希望将来也是,一种人性的艰苦征程。我们成为我们所教的,我们所教的也是我们所是的。”这是特林·芬瑟所著的《学校是一段旅程》中的一句话。读到这句话时,笔者整个人被震撼了!不管是否承认、是否自愿,教师都将渐渐地与自己所教的相融合,而教师能教给学生的、能在学生内心真正起作用的,也必定是我们所是的,即已经融入自己生命的部分。因此,在还没有完全成为我们所教的时候,教师要努力地锻造自己、磨炼品性,让所教的融入我们的生活,使自己成为所教的,否则我们就无法真正让学生认同并践行我们所教的,这对思想品德教师而言尤其重要。

When I read this sentence, I was shocked by the whole person! Therefore, when we have not yet fully become what we teach, teachers should work hard to forge themselves, hone their qualities, let the teachings into our lives and make ourselves become teaching, otherwise we will not really allow students to recognize and practice As we have taught, this is especially important for teachers of moral character.
