为了提高小麦辐射育种的效果,我们设计了此试验,本试验主要从三个方面进行研究。①复合处理,在用γ射线辐照之后,再用VFL—14型微波发生器处理5~15min。②在氮气条件下辐照干种子。③种子先用油菜籽液浸泡、凉干后再辐照。观察了受辐照后的M_1的生物学效应,调查了M_2的突变频率和突变体类型,结果表明:三种方法的共同特点是,减轻M_1的辐射损伤,提高成株率10~300%。保证了足够的M_1的植株。其M_2的突变频率提高20~100%,增加了选择的机率,故此法行之有效。
In order to improve the effect of radiation breeding in wheat, we designed this experiment, which mainly studied from three aspects. ① composite treatment, after irradiation with γ-ray, then VFL-14 type microwave generator processing 5 ~ 15min. ② Irradiation of dry seeds under nitrogen. ③ seed soaked with rapeseed liquid, dry and then irradiated. The biological effects of irradiated M_1 were observed. The mutation frequency and mutant type of M_2 were investigated. The results showed that the common characteristic of the three methods is to reduce the radiation damage of M_1 and increase the rate of adult plant from 10% to 300%. Assured enough M_1 plants. The M 2 mutation frequency increased by 20 to 100%, increasing the probability of selection, so this method is effective.
