在美国,任何产品的销售不外乎二种方式,一种是制造厂商直接雇佣推销人员进行推销;另一种是通过经销代理的方式,二战后,随着工业的发展,各类产品的经销代理也逐步成了一个专业性的行业了,从80年代开始,经销代理方式在西方各国又有了新的派生形式,但从根本概念上讲,仍脱离不了买卖双方的经销代理范畴。现将美国物色经销代理的一些考虑做法介绍如下,供参考。
