我们按照“因势利导,循序渐进,务求实效”的原则,不断解放思想,转变观念,深化改革,积极稳妥推进后勤服务社会化,取得了初步成效。一、以事业单位改革为契机,妥善解决历史遗留问题2007年,全省推行事业单位人员聘任制改革,为机关后勤服务社会化改革提供了良好契机。我局所属事业单位共有13家,其中财政全额拨款的有9家,自收自支的有4家。这些单位人员构成复杂,历史包袱沉重,遗留问题较多。为妥善解决历史遗留问题,我局按照省委统一部署,加强领导,精心组织,周密安排,稳步推进局
