The clinical manifestations of falciparum malaria is more complicated, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. In addition to the general symptoms of cholera, fever, hyperhidrosis, falciparum malaria can still be divided into brain type, kidney type, hyperpyrexia type, jaundice type, gastrointestinal type, and so on. We conducted a survey and statistics on the clinical manifestations of 50 cases of Chinese patients with falciparum malaria and 57 cases of local malaria patients living in Conakry, Guinea-Bissau. Fever In 50 cases, the temperature was higher than 39 ℃ in 12 cases, accounting for 24%; 38 ~ 39 ℃ in 20 cases, accounting for 40%; below 38 ℃ in 18 cases, accounting for 36%. 2. Clinical manifestations According to clinical symptoms, we put
