为了给路面施工现场中矿质混合料级配提供参考,针对矿质混合料生产过程的特点,设计了一种基于光电成像的矿质混合料级配在线检测系统,该系统可全天候对生产现场的矿质混合料进行级配检测,为生产过程提供实时数据参考。在冷料仓下方的一、二级传送带之间架设光电成像装置,通过红外线激光器和高速线扫描CCD相机全天候获得稳定的矿料数字图像,利用光纤模块使图像数据远程传输至控制室端服务器,采用最小边界计算和尺寸特征计算的方法计算出当前时刻的矿质混合料级配,最后给出了不同环境下的实际级配数据与该系统检测出的级配数据,并进行了误差分析。结果表明:采用此种检测技术可以实现任意时刻的矿质混合料级配在线检测。
In order to provide references for the gradation of mineral admixtures in the pavement construction site, aiming at the characteristics of the mineral admixture production process, an on-line detection system of mineral admixture gradation based on photoelectric imaging was designed. The results show that this kind of detection technology can realize online detection of mineral mixture gradation at any moment.
