自1966年至1980年在我科住院治疗的18例剥脱性皮炎患者中,男7人,女11人。年龄:11个月婴儿一人,15～26岁4人,32～50岁5人,60～70岁3人。其中除3例原因不明外,其余15例系由磺胺类、水杨酸类、四环素、青霉素等药物过敏所致,以青霉素致敏者最多,计6例,占1/3。18例中,死亡3人,其余13例均痊愈出院。剥脱性皮炎是一种严重的皮肤病,发病急骤,全身症状严重。全身皮肤甚至粘膜均可累及,皮损呈大片剥脱靡烂渗液,可并发
