利用粉煤灰配制成的粉煤灰砼,其3、7天早期强度比基准砼低10~20%。为增加粉煤灰掺量,节约水泥及提高粉煤灰砼的早期强度,进行了增钙对粉煤灰掺量,砼强度发展和砼性能的影响问题的试验研究。试验得出:炉内增钙和外增钙粉煤灰都能提高粉煤灰砼的早期、后期强度及碳化性能;采用蒸汽养护和外增钙可明显提高粉煤灰砼的强度和耐久性及增大粉煤灰掺量。
The fly ash prepared from fly ash has 10 to 20% lower strength in the early days of the 3rd and 7th days than the baseline enthalpy.
