在钢筋混凝土烟囱滑模施工中,对筒身收分变径工作是保证工程质量、安全施工的重要一环。过去对筒身变径普遍采用滑升一段后,以人工逐个收分法进行。这样,不仅因收分不同步或收分变径不均引起操作平台扭偏,而且由于烟囱筒身是圆锥体,对处于垂直滑动的内外模板与筒壁混凝土的内外表面将会产生正或负的间隙,如图1所示。内外模板滑升后与筒壁表面所产生正负间隙△为:
