随着3G网络应用逐渐成熟、4G网络应用日益成熟,加上WLAN无线局域网应用的进一步广泛,可以说,当前移动类通信业务在网络连接上突破了一直以来的局限。然而,随着智能终端的迅猛普及和广泛应用,以腾讯的微信(we-chat)和移动的飞信业务(Fetion)为代表的即时通信类产品发展迅猛,尤其是微信,其基于腾讯庞大的用户载体,迅速成为每一个人生活、工作的通信工具。这对以通信类业务为核心的联通来说,带来了极大冲击和影响。本文拟结合当前即时通信业务发展的背景,进而分析联通所遭遇的挑战,结合用户需求,从而制定出完善有效的应对思路。
With the gradual maturity of 3G network applications and the growing maturity of 4G network applications, coupled with the further widespread use of WLAN wireless LANs, it can be said that current mobile communication services break through the limitations of network connection. However, with the rapid popularization and widespread application of smart terminals, the instant messaging products represented by wechat and mobile Fetion of Tencent are developing rapidly, and especially, WeChat is based on the huge users of Tencent Vector, quickly become everyone’s life, work communication tools. This communication and business as the core of China Unicom, has brought a tremendous impact and influence. This article intends to combine the current background of instant messaging service development, and then analyze the challenges encountered by China Unicom, combined with user needs, so as to formulate a sound and effective response ideas.
