对于世界上大范围内的新经济潮流,我们作为发展中国家有两种选择:积极地参加,或在不具备较成熟的条件之下避而远之。现在不参加,其结果恐怕是越落越远;参加,起步是艰难的,但希望之灯被点燃了。风险投资机制的问题是新经济的重要内容之一,它涉及到政府、市场以及人力资本、资金资本等因素,共同构成一个社会经济的子系统。分辨欧美日的发展历程为研究构建我国的风险投资机制系统提供了“他山之石”,而“攻玉”仍需要因势利导的权变思想。
As a new economic trend on a large scale in the world, we as developing countries have two options: to participate actively or to avoid them without more mature conditions. However, “attacking jade” still needs the contingent thinking of contingency.
