保障刑事法律、法规正确贯彻实施并保证执法活动顺利运行,实现司法公正,需要有良好的执法环境。我国刑事执法社况日益进步的同时,存在许多不良因素。文章通过对刑事执法环境的透视,认为刑事执法环境不良之成因,主要是执法中重权力轻责任、权力制衡无力、司法队伍素质与司法任务需求不相适应、现代化执法观念和守法意识薄弱、执法激励机制缺少活力以及受司法资源投入不足之困扰等。文章敢如何优化刑事执法环境提出了对策。

While the situation of criminal law enforcement in our country is progressing day by day, there are many unfavorable factors.
