TTC法对黑穗醋栗初花期花粉生活力鉴定表明,6种供试材料花粉生活力表现出明显差异;离体培养试验表明,各供试材料在蔗糖的不同浓度培养基中萌发是不一致的,差异极显著.同时发现硼对花粉萌发影响很大;利用荧光显微镜技术,测定了不同传粉时间花粉在柱头上的萌发力.结果表明,体内萌发与离体萌发有相同规律,各试验材料萌发率之间的差异与以上试验结果一致.
The results of TTC showed that the pollen viability of black currant at early flowering stage showed obvious differences in pollen viability. In vitro culture showed that the germination of different tested materials in different concentrations of sucrose was inconsistent , The difference is very significant. At the same time, it was found that boron had a great influence on the pollen germination. The fluorescence of the pollen on the stigma was determined by fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that in vivo germination and in vitro germination have the same rules, the difference between the germination rate of the test materials and the above test results.
