内毒素制造的家兔全身性 shwartzman 反应模型,肝线粒体 H~+-ATP 合酶活性下降,而热毒清组此酶活性正常,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示热毒清注射液具有保护线粒体 H~+-ATP 合酶的作用。
In the systemic shwartzman response model of rabbits produced by endotoxin, the activity of H~+-ATP synthase in liver mitochondria was decreased, whereas the activity of this enzyme in heat-poisoned group was normal. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). It is suggested that the hot poison injection has the function of protecting mitochondrial H~+-ATP synthase.
