调理饮食,科学地饮食,是养生益寿的基础。科学家认为,食物除了有提供营养素维持生命功能、满足人们对各种口味的需求之外,还有第三种功能,即调节人的高级生命活动,对人的防御功能有着重大的影响。国外实验证明,改变动物的饮食,可得出不同的寿命期限。一般而言,科学地调节饮食,应该从如下八方面进行: ●少吃增寿 中医认为,饮食自倍,肠胃乃伤。晋·张华《博物志》:“所食愈少,心愈开,年愈益;所食愈多,心愈塞,年愈损焉。”明·龚延贤《寿世保元》:“食唯半饱无兼味,酒至三分莫过频。”唐·孙思邈《枕上记》:“清晨一盘粥,夜饭莫教足。”少吃不暴饮暴食,是许多长寿老人的共同秘诀。
