结合赫章特大桥195m超高墩承台的施工,本文运用三维有限元软件M IDAS/C ivil2006对承台按照一次浇注施工的方法进行水化热温度场数值分析,以及现场测试了承台水化热温度场,并对影响大体积混凝土水化热的参数进行了分析。通过理论计算和现场实测对比分析,得出可以较好地预测承台水化热的实际发展规律。本文研究分析结果对承台温度裂缝的防治提供了一定的技术依据。
Combined with the construction of Hezhang Bridge 195m super high pier cap, the numerical analysis of the temperature field of hydration heat in the cap was carried out by the 3D finite element software M IDAS / C ivil2006 and the on-site hydration test Hot temperature field, and the parameters that affect the hydration heat of mass concrete are analyzed. Through theoretical analysis and comparison with field measurements, it is concluded that the actual development law of hydrate heat of platform can be predicted well. The results of this study provide some technical basis for the prevention and control of temperature cracks in the caps.
