目的:总结心源性休克抢救、治疗的经验及教训,并分析临床效果。方法:回顾分析2002年6月~2005年6月收治心源性休克43例的抢救治疗方法和转归。结果:43例心源性休克患者治愈28例,好转7例,死亡8例,治愈率65.1%,死亡率18.6%。结论:治疗心源性休克重点是及时进行病因治疗,维护心脏泵功能,纠正血流动力紊乱,改善微循环障碍,同时配合参附注射液等中药治疗,可明显提高抢救成功率。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience and lessons of cardiogenic shock treatment and treatment, and to analyze the clinical effect. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the treatment of 43 cases of cardiogenic shock in June 2002 to June 2005 rescue treatment and outcome. Results: In the 43 cases of cardiogenic shock, 28 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, 8 cases died, the cure rate was 65.1% and the mortality rate was 18.6%. Conclusion: The key point of the treatment of cardiogenic shock is timely treatment of etiology, maintenance of cardiac pump function, correction of hemodynamic disturbances, improvement of microcirculation, and with traditional Chinese medicine such as Shenfu injection can significantly improve the success rate of rescue.
