目的 研究非小细胞 (NSCL C)肺癌 CT征象与肺癌相关基因 p5 3,C- m yc,K- ras,及 C- erb B2 表达间的关系。方法 运用免疫组化法 ,检测 5 4例经手术病理证实的非小细胞肺癌组织中 p5 3,C- myc,K- ras及 C- erb B2 基因的表达 ,并分析其与术前 CT征象间的关系。结果 p5 3表达与非小细胞肺癌期别及 CT征象中瘤体大小 ,深分叶征 ,毛刺征 ,空洞征 ,及纵隔淋巴结转移有关 ,但与组织类型 ,胸膜凹陷征无关。 K- ras,C- erb B2基因与非小细胞肺癌组织类型有关 ,但与期别无关 ;C- myc基因则与非小细胞肺癌组织类型及期别均无关。 C- myc基因 ,C- erb B2 基因与深分叶征有关 ,与其它CT征象无关 ;K- ras基因与 CT征象无关。结论 CT征象中深分叶征具有相对更高的恶性程度 ,与肺癌相关基因p5 3,C- m yc,及 C- erb B2 有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the CT features of non-small cell (NSCL C) lung cancer and the expression of lung cancer-related genes p5 3, C-myc, K-ras, and C-erb B2. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53, C-myc, K-ras, and C-erb B2 genes in 54 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues confirmed by pathology, and to analyze their correlations with preoperative CT features. Relationship. Results The expression of p53 was related to tumor size, deep leaf marking, burr sign, cavitation sign, and mediastinal lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer stage and CT signs, but was not related to histological type and pleural recession sign. The K-ras and C-erb B2 genes were associated with non-small cell lung cancer tissue types, but not with the stage. The C- myc gene was not related to the type and stage of non-small cell lung cancer. The C-myc gene and C-erb B2 gene were associated with deep lobulation sign and had nothing to do with other CT signs; K-ras gene had nothing to do with CT signs. Conclusion The deep lobulation sign in CT signs has a relatively higher degree of malignancy, and is related to lung cancer-related genes p53, C-m yc, and C-erb B2.
