红古豆碱(Cuscohygrine)从天然资源中被发现并单离成功,已有约一个世纪的历史。但多年来,这一茛菪科生物碱一直被认为无生理活性,因而长期没有找到用途。我国盛产的唐古特山茛菪,红古豆碱含量特别高。因此,开发、改造和利用我国丰富的红古豆碱资源,则是生物碱化学中的一个有重要现实意义的研究课题。 我院化学系孙玉善副教授多年来对红古豆碱的化学改造进行研究。他设计了改造这一生物碱化学结构的合成路线,合成出来有手征性碳原子的红古豆醇和相应的酯类均拥有显著的解痉和降血压活性。因此,孙副教授还与成都制药一厂刘若蕙、四川大学马赞
Cuscohygrine has been discovered from natural resources and has succeeded alone. It has been around for a century. However, over the years, this alkaloid alkaloid has been considered to have no physiological activity and therefore has not been found for a long time. China’s rich Tanggut Hawthorn, red crotonine content is particularly high. Therefore, the development, transformation, and utilization of China’s abundant red gudouine resources are important research topics in alkaloid chemistry. The Associate Professor Sun Yushan of the Department of Chemistry of our hospital has studied the chemical transformation of red crotonine for many years. He designed a synthetic route to reconstruct the chemical structure of this alkaloid. The synthesis of chiral carbon atoms in red kogoleol and corresponding esters possesses significant antispasmodic and hypotensive activity. Therefore, Associate Professor Sun also worked with Chengdu Pharmaceutical Factory Liu Ruojun and Sichuan University Mazan.
