高频率超声以其较高的分辨率可以对活体组织进行非侵入、动态、实时成像而被广泛应用在眼科、皮肤科等临床和针对小动物的临床前研究中。高频探头主要有单振元式和阵列式。阵列式高频探头结构复杂、制作难度大整套系统价格昂贵;而单振元探头相对来说结构简单,制作容易、价格较低,且具有较好的分辨率。文中讲述了一种基于单振元高频率超声的高速机械扇形扫描装置的新设计,详细讲述了该装置的结构、工作原理及其优点。最后对其应用前景进行了展望。
High-frequency ultrasound with its high resolution of non-invasive, dynamic, real-time imaging of living tissue has been widely used in ophthalmology, dermatology and other clinical and preclinical studies targeting small animals. High-frequency probes are mainly single-element and array type. The arrayed high-frequency probe has a complicated structure and is difficult to manufacture. The whole system is expensive; and the single-element probe is relatively simple in structure, easy to manufacture, lower in price and has better resolution. In this paper, a new design of high speed mechanical sector scanning device based on single element high frequency ultrasound is introduced. The structure, working principle and advantages of this device are described in detail. Finally, the prospect of its application is prospected.
