为了解本科生参加体育锻炼情况以及对体育健身指导和健康营养知识的需求情况,在清华大学各年级本科生中随机抽取男、女生各10%左右样本,进行问卷调查。调查发现,本科生10人中只有2人能坚持每周2次以上的体育锻炼,大多数的本科生体育锻炼不够系统,不参加体育锻炼的最主要原因是没时间; 80%的女生和67%的男生平均每次锻炼时间不到1小时,主要锻炼项目男生为三大球,女生为有氧耐力性运动,从事力量性练习的人很少,尤其是女生,几乎没人练;多数本科生需要体育健身方面的指导,绝大多数学生对健身知识和营养知识很需要,女生对健身知识和营养知识的需求超过男生。
