用离子色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中氟化氢(HF)、氯化氢(HCl)、溴化氢(HBr)和硫酸(H2SO4),用多孔玻板吸收管作采集器,KOH吸收液采集。结果显示,平均采样效率>95%,方法的检出限F-为0.01μg/ml,Cl-为0.02μg/ml,Br-为0.03μg/ml,SO2-4为0.03μg/ml,方法的精密度均小于7%,回收率为94.3%~106.5%。提示,该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,干扰少,准确度高;在工作场所中4种无机酸共存情况下采样及检测方便,分析速度快,节省试剂。
Simultaneous determination of hydrogen fluoride (HF), hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen bromide (HBr) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4) in the air at the workplace by ion chromatography was performed using a multi-well glass tube as a collector and a KOH absorbent. The results showed that the average sampling efficiency was> 95%, the detection limit of the method was 0.01μg / ml, Cl- was 0.02μg / ml, Br- was 0.03μg / ml and SO2-4 was 0.03μg / ml. The precision was less than 7%, the recovery rate was 94.3% ~ 106.5%. It is suggested that this method has high sensitivity, good selectivity, less interference and high accuracy. It is convenient to sample and test in the presence of four kinds of inorganic acids in the workplace, and the analysis speed is fast and reagents are saved.
