健康成年Wistar大鼠90只,性别不拘,体重200—300g,随机分为A、B、C、D、E和F 6组为实验组,每组大鼠15只,另取5只为对照组。按Chetty方法,略加改良,复制急性胰腺炎动物模型,观察十二指肠闭拌压力梯度(5、10、15、20mmHg)及持续时间(4、12、24小时)对胰腺组织及其亚微结构的影响。初步结果如下:各实验组胰腺组织均见充血、水肿。小叶内、小叶间质均有炎细胞浸润。导管内有脓细胞渗出,局灶性坏死和脓肿形成等程度不同的改变,随着肠袢内压力上升和持续时间延长,上述改变加重。电镜表明:各实验组动物的胰腺亚微结构也有不同程度的改变,表现为腺上皮细胞核固缩、核染色质边集、核膜皱折。
90 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E, and F groups as experimental groups with genders ranging from 200 to 300 g. The preliminary results are as follows: The pancreatic tissue of each experimental group was seen with congestion and edema. Intralobular and interlobular inflammatory cells infiltrate. There were pus exudation, focal necrosis, and abscess formation in the catheter. The changes were aggravated as the pressure and duration of the fistula increased. Electron microscopy showed that the sub-microscopic structure of the pancreas of animals in each experimental group also changed to varying degrees, manifested as nuclear condensation of the epithelial cells, nuclear chromatin edge collection, nuclear membrane wrinkles.
