LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench)作为图形化编程语言,被广泛应用在各个领域,特别是数据采集与测量方面。这是因为LabVIEW支持多种仪器与数采硬件的驱动,开发功能高效、通用,集数据采集、数据分析与数据显示于一身。TPG25xA包括TPG251A与TPG252A,它们都是小型量规的真空测量与控制单元,只不过前者是单通道的,后者是双通道的。通过串口RS232C,TPG251A/TPG252A能被计算机或终端控制,也能与计算机进行通信,传递测量数据与命令。基于LabVIEW软件开发平台,通过PC与TPG25xA的串口通信,实现了一种压强测量系统。此系统与超真空系统连接使用,它能够在线显示压强-时间曲线、存储压强数据、计算其最大值、最小值与平均值,提供友好的人机交互界面。
LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) as a graphical programming language, is widely used in various fields, especially in data acquisition and measurement. This is because LabVIEW supports a variety of instruments and digital acquisition hardware driver, development and efficient, universal, set data acquisition, data analysis and data display in one. The TPG25xA includes the TPG251A and TPG252A, which are small gauge vacuum measurement and control units, except that the former is single channel and the second is dual channel. Through the serial port RS232C, TPG251A / TPG252A can be computer or terminal control, but also with the computer to communicate, transfer measurement data and commands. Based on the LabVIEW software development platform, a kind of pressure measurement system is realized through the serial communication between PC and TPG25xA. The system is used in connection with the ultra-vacuum system. It can display the pressure-time curve online, store the pressure data, calculate the maximum, minimum and average values, and provide a friendly man-machine interface.
