在制备泡袋剂时,中药的浸出率是制剂质量的关键。本实验就中药的颗粒大小、烘烤温度、泡袋剂的浸泡水量和时间等因素与浸出率的关系。应用双因素方差分析,寻找制备泡袋剂的最佳工艺条件及服用方法。结果认为,药材颗粒细度应通过一号筛;颗粒烘烤温度为100℃10min;泡袋剂加水量100ml;浸泡时间15min,可获得最佳浸出率。
In the preparation of blister agents, the leaching rate of Chinese medicine is the key to the quality of the preparation. In this experiment, the relationship between the particle size of Chinese medicine, the baking temperature, the amount and time of soaking water and the leaching rate of the blister agent was investigated. A two-factor analysis of variance was used to find out the best conditions and methods for preparing the foaming agent. The results showed that the granularity of the medicinal material should pass through No. 1 sieve; the baking temperature of the pellets is 100° C. for 10 min; the water volume of the foaming agent is 100 ml; and the soaking time is 15 min, the best leaching rate can be obtained.
